ChicksWhoFish Holds First Fishing Seminar

On June 21, 2001, ChicksWhoFish.com held their first fishing seminar for women anglers.

Sixteen lady anglers listened intently as they were educated on the finer points of balanced tackle, setting drags, hooking bait, tying knots and different types of fishing techniques. The ladies' experience ranged from novice to pro, but all left with a wealth of newfound knowledge. That's not all they left with, either, as supporters of CWF donated a dazzling array of raffle prizes from Shimano, Seeker Rods, Iron Man Jigs, Western Outdoor News, Balboa Angling Club, Kicker Jigs and many others.

Today CWF holds seminars at tackle stores in different counties, at the beach and local parks. Come join the fun and meet some new friends.
